Meet The Team

At a very young age, Dr. Kapila knew that she wanted to become a doctor and carry-on the legacy of her parents to be a strong part of the community, and fulfill her passion and purpose of being, by giving back and serving. Dr. Kapila completed her BDS (Bachelor of Dental Surgery) degree in 2002 from India and practiced as a General Dentist there prior to moving to the United States. She continued giving back to the community and advancing her dental career in the USA, as she attended and graduated from the University of Colorado School of Dental Medicine, International Student Program with DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree and was awarded, ‘Excellence in Operative Dentistry,’ in 2012.

She continues to refine her skills and expertise to advance her knowledge of dentistry in various dental fields especialy: implant and restorative dental procedures, and advancements in dental technologies through continuing education courses. Dr. Kapila has been serving Patients in, and around, the Chicagoland area since 2013. As a General Dentist, Dr. Kapila loves taking care of patients of all ages, but especially enjoys taking care of her pediatric patients. She believes in educating and treating patients to achieve a ’Healthy Mouth, Healthy Body!’ while providing comprehensive and personalized care for each patient that she meets. Dr. Kapila has a very calm, patient, and compassionate demeanor.

Her patients feel at ease with her as a person and clinician. She loves spending time with her patients not only professionally, but personally, and takes pride in caring for them as family members. In 2020, she founded DentistsCoach, where she mentors international Dentists and Pre-dental students in their journey to Dental Schools in the USA.

She feels grateful that she can fulfill her passion of giving back to this wonderful community and amazing people in so many ways. Dr. Kapila also serves as Pre-Clinical Faculty at Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine, Illinois. Dr. Kapila is a member of several professional organizations, including: American Dental Association, Chicago Dental Society, Illinois State Dental Society, and Will County Dental Society.

Outside of the office, Dr. Kapila loves spending time with her two lovely kids, friends, trying cuisines from different cultures, watching Marvel movies, listening to music, and making reels on Instagram!

Pianist, molecular biologist, engineer, and dentist are the words that can be used to describe Dr. Nguyen. Dr. Nguyen grew up in Fairfax, VA. He obtained his Bachelor of Science in Nanomedicine Engineering at the University of Virginia. Following his undergraduate education, he pursued a Master of Biomedical Sciences degree at Midwestern University where he conducted research involving potential cures for Alzheimer’s disease. Finally, he attended Midwestern University College of Dental Medicine where he received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree. Over the years he has developed a strong passion for endodontics and tooth extractions; two skills in dentistry that can quickly help patients get out of pain. He is extremely proud to be a part of a group of individuals driven by the goal of helping the community achieve better oral health. When he’s not providing quality dental care, Dr. Nguyen enjoys watching The Office, skiing, and weightlifting.
